3.2 Premium Editor Access

A one-time purchase (not a subscription) that grants full access to all CV builder features for a specified period. This includes unlimited sections, custom color themes, and all premium features.

3.3 Public Shareable CV Links

Important: All CVs created using HireWrap.com are accessible via unique shareable links that are publicly accessible. By using our CV builder service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Each CV is assigned a unique URL with a randomly generated identifier that cannot be easily guessed
  • Anyone with knowledge of this link can view your CV – there is currently no option to make a CV private or password-protected
  • Your CV links are not automatically shared with other users, posted publicly, or submitted to search engines by HireWrap.com
  • You are responsible for deciding who you share your CV link with
  • You can delete your CV at any time through your account dashboard, which will immediately remove it from public access
  • Deleting your account will permanently remove all your CVs and their shareable links

By creating a CV on HireWrap.com, you consent to your CV being publicly accessible via its unique link. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our CV builder service.

4. Social Login and Third-Party Authentication

We offer the ability to sign in using third-party authentication providers:

4.1 Google Sign-In

When you sign in with Google, we receive:

  • Your email address (verified by Google)
  • Your name
  • Your profile picture (imported to your HireWrap.com profile if you don’t have one)

4.2 Facebook Login

When you sign in with Facebook, we receive:

  • Your email address (verified by Facebook)
  • Your name
  • Your profile picture (imported to your HireWrap.com profile if you don’t have one)

You can delete your account and all associated data using the “Delete My Account” feature in your account settings. When you delete your account:

  • Your profile information is permanently deleted
  • All your CVs and associated data are permanently deleted
  • Your CV photos and files are permanently deleted
  • Your social login connections are removed

Exception: Order and purchase records are retained as required for tax compliance and legal obligations (Know Your Customer/KYC requirements). This data is kept for accounting and legal purposes only and is not used for any other purpose.

10.5 Manage Cookie Preferences

You can manage your cookie preferences through the cookie consent banner or your browser settings.

11. Children’s Privacy
